National Fire Prevention Week is observed the first full week of October

South Whidbey Fire/EMS will be at the Whidbey Island Area Fair August 15 – 18, 2013

Santa’s Sleigh travels South Whidbey Island each mid-December, thanks to our fire department volunteers. A list of locations is posted on the web site in late November so community members can make plans to see Santa Claus!

Public Training Calendar

First Aid & CPR Classes:

CPR begins at 9:00AM and First Aid at 11:30AM
These classes are held on a Saturday near the end of each month.

  • May 18, 2013 – 9:00am, Station 31 (Note third Sat. due to Memorial day)
  • June 22, 2013 – 9:00am, Station 31 (Note third Sat. due to space conflict)
  • July 27, 2013 – 9:00am, Station 31
  • Aug. 31, 2013 – 9:00am, Station 31
  • Sept. 28, 2013 – 9:00am, Station 31
  • Oct., 26, 2013 – 9;00am, Station 31
  • Nov., 23, 2013 – 9:00am, Station 31 (Note third Sat. due to Thanksgiving)
  • Dec. no class

Cost:
The cost is $45 for the day or $22.50 for each module. We accept cash or check at the door.
