National Fire Prevention Week is observed the first full week of October (Oct. 4-10, 2009)

South Whidbey Fire and Rescue will be at the Island County Fair which is generally the second weekend of August (Aug. 13-16, 2009)

Santa's Sleigh travels South Whidbey Island each mid-December, thanks to our fire department volunteers. A list of locations is posted on the web site in late November so community members can make plans to see Santa Claus!

2009 Public Training Calendar

First Aid & CPR Classes:
CPR begins at 9:00AM and First Aid at 11:30AM
These classes are held on a Saturday near the end of each month.

Costs & Reservations:
The cost is $22.50 per class.
